Our employees are covered by group accident insurance. You will receive a company pension scheme based on your employment status and length of service. We also cover total permanent disability insurance in full or in part.

We attach great importance to the personal and professional development of our employees. We run internal and external seminars and workshops to provide you with additional qualifications. These address various aspects of your work, e.g., negotiation skills and rhetoric or the drafting of tenancy agreements.

We offer flexible working hours and the opportunity to work remotely. Our core working hours are from 9:00 – 12:00 a.m. and 2 – 4:15 p.m. and to 3 p.m. on Fridays.

We organise a Christmas party and a company outing every year. You can also show off your table football skills and maybe even win our table football tournament!

Our modern office is barrier-free and can be accessed by a lift. You can easily reach us by public transport. It is only a 7-minute walk from the Nuremberg Ziegelstein underground station to our office, and 3 minutes from the Nuremberg Ernst-Heinkel-Weg bus stop.

Yes, always. Whether you are applying for an internship or a permanent position, we look forward to receiving your speculative application.

In principle, you can apply at any time. However, you will need to consider whether you want to start with us immediately or later. You should therefore plan enough of a lead time in advance of your application. We recommend that you allow a lead time of approx. 6 months for dissertations.

  • Receiving your application: You will receive confirmation that your application has been received.
  • Interview: After your application has been reviewed, you may receive an invitation to an interview within 2 to 3 weeks.
  • Aptitude test: If you pass the interview and wish to proceed with your application, we will invite you to complete an aptitude test. This is a case study for which you will present solutions to our panel of experts.
  • Decision and conclusion of a contract: If you convince us with your presentation and skills, we will ask you to sign a contract.

The case study is a business case that you must solve. The topic relates to your specialist area. The aptitude test lasts two hours. The first hour is allocated for solving the task. A room and work materials will be made available to you for this purpose. You can contact us at any time if you have any questions. In the second hour, you will present your solutions to our auditorium. This consists of managers and skilled workers.

Only graduates and seasoned professionals need to complete our aptitude test. The internship replaces the aptitude test for prospective trainees or working students. School pupils do not take part in the test.
