The stable-value successor

GRR’s second retail fund from the food-anchored retail real estate segment is the German Retail Fund No. 2. The fund was launched in 2015 and closed in 2019 with an investment volume of around 330 million euros. As with its predecessor, the German Retail Fund No. 2 focuses on a high level of property diversification. The property fund therefore offers institutional investors an attractive risk/return profile.
