Property fund with sustainability goals

The first GRR property fund for institutional investors in accordance with Art. 8 of the Disclosure Regulation (OffenlegungsVO).

Invest now in our security-oriented and high-yield basic retail fund with sustainability targets (Art. 8 of the Disclosure Regulation):

 

  • Target return approx. 4% p.a. (planned)
  • Property strategy: Core/Core+, with cash flow stability
  • Usage type: food-anchored retail real estate (min. 70% food ratio, min. 85% systemically relevant tenants)
  • Target investment volume: € 350 million

Why Local retail properties?

According to GfK, the food retail sector has recorded 71% sales growth since 1998 and was even able to increase sales in times of crisis. In 2020, sales increased at a significantly above-average rate (+13%). The high level was maintained in the following years up to and including 2023.

GRR's focus on retail properties with a high food ratio is particularly noteworthy – a proven anchor of stability in any institutional portfolio.
