The locations of our retail properties are spread across Germany and are generally in places with at least 10,000 inhabitants in the catchment area. The properties we hold include discount supermarkets, full-range retailers, food-anchored retail real estate and specialist retail centres as well as hypermarkets. We are also looking for mixed-use properties with a food retailing connection and plots with existing planning permission for developing large-scale retail properties.
