Would you like to get a taste of what it’s like to work in the real estate industry? Then you can complete an internship at GRR. No matter whether you wish to complete a student internship or an internship in support of an application to a degree course – you will gain your first valuable practical experience in the real estate industry while working with us.
Disciplines: No discipline is off-limits when designing how your internship will be structured, especially real estate industry-related disciplines.

Apprenticeship at GRR
You will learn everything about the property industry during your apprenticeship to become an estate agent. With us, you will gain expert knowledge, particularly in the field of retail property, as GRR specialises in this area.
Facts
You will learn all about property management, how to draw up contracts, manage portfolios and create financing concepts during your apprenticeship to become an estate agent. An affinity for numbers and strong communication skills will stand you in good stead, as supporting and advising customers is also part of the job description.
- You will work in all GRR departments, with the Asset, Property and Transaction Management departments receiving the greatest emphasis
- You will get to know and understand our internal structure and business processes
- Your GRR mentor will provide you with advice and support
- Apprenticeship starting date: every year on 1 September
- School leaving certificate: Secondary school leaving certificate or higher with a good average overall grade, especially in maths and English

Yes, always. Whether you are applying for an internship or a permanent position, we look forward to receiving your speculative application.
In principle, you can apply at any time. However, you will need to consider whether you want to start with us immediately or later. You should therefore plan enough of a lead time in advance of your application. We recommend that you allow a lead time of approx. 6 months for dissertations.
- Receiving your application: You will receive confirmation that your application has been received.
- Interview: After your application has been reviewed, you may receive an invitation to an interview within 2 to 3 weeks.
- Aptitude test: If you pass the interview and wish to proceed with your application, we will invite you to complete an aptitude test. This is a case study for which you will present solutions to our panel of experts.
- Decision and conclusion of a contract: If you convince us with your presentation and skills, we will ask you to sign a contract.
The case study is a business case that you must solve. The topic relates to your specialist area. The aptitude test lasts two hours. The first hour is allocated for solving the task. A room and work materials will be made available to you for this purpose. You can contact us at any time if you have any questions. In the second hour, you will present your solutions to our auditorium. This consists of managers and skilled workers.
Only graduates and seasoned professionals need to complete our aptitude test. The internship replaces the aptitude test for prospective trainees or working students. School pupils do not take part in the test.
