We attach great importance to the personal and professional development of our employees. We run internal and external seminars and workshops to provide you with additional qualifications. These address various aspects of your work, e.g., negotiation skills and rhetoric or the drafting of tenancy agreements.
We offer flexible working hours and the opportunity to work remotely. Our core working hours are from 09:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 - 16:15, and to 15:00 on Fridays.

Our modern office is barrier-free and can be accessed by a lift. You can easily reach us by public transport. It is only a 7-minute walk from the Nuremberg Ziegelstein underground station to our office, and 3 minutes from the Nuremberg Ernst-Heinkel-Weg bus stop.
Starting your career with us

This allows us to share the necessary GRR knowledge with new hires quickly and on a personalised basis. You will quickly become an independent team member with responsibility, especially if you arrive at GRR with no prior experience of the real estate industry.
You will also grow through regular feedback meetings with your manager following your induction.
Your career at GRR GARBE Retail
This depends entirely on you and your willingness to expand your knowledge and take on added responsibility. Your expertise will determine your level of entry as a Junior Manager, Manager or Senior Manager.
You will be given a clearly defined area of responsibility for which you will be accountable from the outset. Your responsibility will grow with your position.
In terms of additional qualifications, we give employees the opportunity to take part in personalised, professional and personal development training courses delivered in the form of seminars and workshops.
