Internship
As an undergraduate or postgraduate student, you can put your academic knowledge into practice with us and gain valuable experience for your professional career in the real estate industry. If you impress us with your commitment and skills, we will give you the opportunity to join us, for example as a working student or as an apprentice.
- You will play an active role in our company and as part of a project, as well as familiarise yourself with our business processes and our team
- You will be supervised by a member of staff from the department in which you are completing your internship and will receive regular feedback

If you convince us with your commitment and skills, you will have the opportunity to join GRR as soon as you complete your studies.

Are you about to complete your degree in property management? You can complete your studies in a practical way by completing your undergraduate or postgraduate thesis at GRR. However, we are also happy to accept theses relating to funds and financing. Whether your topic ultimately suits GRR will be agreed on a case-by-case basis.
- We will support you with your thesis and answer any questions you may have
- You can suggest your own topic, but it must fit in with our range of activities

As experts in food-anchored retail real estate segment, we pass on this specialised knowledge in the field of asset management to students as lecturers at our partner universities – and directly to you as part of our team by means of mentoring and practical experience.

Starting your career with us
A colleague or your manager will accompany you and familiarise you with your role over a specified period to make it easier for you to hit the ground running.
As your mentor, they will be at your side to provide you with additional knowledge and give you feedback. Even after your induction, you will still have regular meetings together to set goals and give feedback.
We put you on a career path, the trajectory of which you help to determine. You will start in a position that matches your previous knowledge: for example, as a Junior Manager or you can start directly as a manager. Your responsibility will grow with your position.
We give you the opportunity to develop your professional and personal skills as part of internal and external seminars and workshops to provide you with additional qualifications. You will choose training courses that are tailored to your needs together with your manager.
