On behalf of our investors, we are responsible for the entire property management of the food-anchored retail real estate we manage. We implement individual property strategies at property level and look after the tenants. As the first point of contact for all technical property matters, we continuously ensure that the properties are maintained and kept in perfect condition. Our property managers carry out regular property inspections and are in close contact with the tenants.
